A Safe Trick to Benefit from Mahkota Dewa
In benefitting from Mahkota Dewa, people do not react in the same way. Some do feel something, others do not feel anything at all. Reaction usually depends on the condition of the body and the dose of Mahkota Dewa consumed. There are people who feel sleepy after consuming only five very thin slices of the tea concoction. Reversely, there are people who do not react at all even though they have consumed a handful of the concoction.
I always remind the patient to adhere to the rules described on the packing. For example, one should begin with only three slices of the mahkota dewa tea. This can be increased gradually, day by day, to one tablespoon. Likewise, mahkota dewa capsules should be consumed not more than one single capsule a day at first, and gradually increased it by
twice a day to thrice a day (2×1 to 3×1). Patients who are still under doctor’s control had better use the mahkota dewa concoction at intervals of one to two hours after taking the doctor’s medicine.
The following measures should be taken in the event of reverse reactions to mahkota dewa:
- Drink milk mixed with ginger and palm sugar (omit ginger if blood pressure is high).
- Drink warm sweet tea mixed with ginger
- Drink plenty of water
- If available, consume umbi daun dewa capsule and sambiloto or pegagan at two times dosage or take 3×2 capsules
I always request that people contact me or my consultants immediately in the event of a negative reaction, no matter what time of the day or night.
If people do not feel any reaction after three days, this usually means that the dosage they consume is not sufficient. They should gradually increase the dosage until one tablespoon or about 20-25 small slices of the tea concoction. The dosage can be increased once every three days. Do not add to the concoction or capsules after reaction occurs.
Also, pay attention to the condition of the concoction. Never consume a concoction that is musty or moldy, it is dangerous. Likewise, do not consume a mahkota dewa concoction with the seeds getting mixed into it (the seeds are poisonous). Instead of making healthy, it will worsen the disease.
In the event of negative reactions, such as fever, dizziness, nausea, itching, sprue or diarrhea, do not immediately judge that the concoction does not agree with you. Sometimes people would promptly stop consuming it. Whereas the reaction is usually part of the healing process. However, I always provide an other herbal concoction in anticipation.
In the case of certain diseases , like cancer in particular, I would combine a herbal concoction comprising cangkang mahkota dewa, daun dewa, temu putih, temu mangga and sambiloto. I do not dare combine more than five sorts of herbs. This conforms to the recommendation of Dra. Vivi Lisdawati Apt. Msi of AKAFARMA, R.I. Department of Health, who with LIPI’s assistance has studied the restorative power of mahkota dewa to overcome blood cancer.
Mahkota dewa is not only safe for consumption and as a medicine for external use, but can also be used for bathing and applying steam to ensure freshness of the skin.
Exposing oneself to steam and taking a bath can be part of the act of consuming Mahkota Dewa. These two actions do not require special standard ingredients. Having let the steam evaporate, one can still drink the boiled concoction as a medicinal substance. Exposing oneself to steam is performed in the following manner:
- Pour the Mahkota Dewa that is cooked in boiling water for drinking, into a washbasin.
- Cover your head with a towel, exposing the face
- Direct your face toward the washbasin
- Make sure that the towel covers the edges of the washbasin entirely, so that no steam escapes
Meanwhile, a Mahkota Dewa bath is taken two-ways. First, benefit by the dregs of the Mahkota Dewa concoction. Boil these dregs and mix the liquid with the bathwater. Secondly, benefit by the whole fruit. Put three whole fruits in the bathtub. Taking a bath in this manner will produce its own special sensation.
